Our Ideal Candidates

We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with clients, taking telephone calls, and managing correspondence. The Assistant will also organize meetings and event agendas and assist in financial accounting.

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment or at least possess strong organizational skills that would allow them to easily adapt to our team’s needs.

• A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.

• 3 years of administrative assistant experience

• Knowledge of appropriate software, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

The duties for this position will include:

• Visiting attention to the needs of those who come into our office, making sure they have everything they need.

• Telephone service that takes calls, sends messages, and handles any issues that may arise. This includes but is not limited to answering the phone, making sure it’s set up correctly, and directing calls when necessary.

• Organize the file system and keep track of important files.

• The ability to organize our agenda by day/week/month so we can keep track of everything that needs to be done. This includes taking notes, recording appointments, and ensuring all files are maintained in a safe manner.

• Will ensure that meetings are organized according to the agenda, in a timely manner, and with minimal disruption to other participants.

• Financial accounting includes checking receipts, invoices, and payments, as well as preparing reports on a regular basis.

As the Senior Manager at McGhee & Associates, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects and functions. • Bachelor’s degree related to the position.

• 3 years of experience in a Client-Facing Role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment

• Understanding call center operations to be able to explain initiatives to clients, understand their impacts, and answer all questions about operations that clients may have.
